European Union (14-day cooling-off period)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exception – digital products

You expressly agree that the right of withdrawal expires immediately upon your explicit consent and acknowledgment that downloading the product means you lose your right of withdrawal.

When you “place your order” you confirm

“I consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the download link is delivered.”

Refund policy (non-EU customers and after download)

Due to the digital nature of our products:

No refunds after the download link has been accessed or files have been downloaded
Defective files – we will provide working links within 48 hours
Wrong product delivered – full refund or exchange within 7 days

How to request a refund (before download)

Email support@04brothers.com with your order number within 14 days (EU) or 7 days (non-EU) if no download has occurred.
